"Editor" means Regcor Enterprises. "Client" means the person, firm or company requesting editing services with the Editor

All work, once confirmed, is subject to a schedule that will be communicated.

• The quotation you were sent is valid for 21 days from date of issue.
• When you accept these terms and conditions, it becomes a binding contract.
• In general, unless explicitly specified, work cannot be assumed that it is included in any quotation, and further revisions to the document will be charged separately.
• The Client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to the Editor all materials required to complete the work within the set deadline.
• The Editor bears no responsibility for any errors or omissions arising because the client did not clearly communicate their requirements.

Definition of Services

Our editing services involve eliminating grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes, improving language and sentence structure where necessary, and ensuring arguments are presented clearly. Editing does not include content development (any writing apart from ensuring consistent structure), rewriting, ghost-writing, or making content grandiloquent.

Our proofreading services involve eliminating grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes and ensuring consistency in language and style.

Refunds Policy

No refunds will be offered after a service has begun. Any payment made to us, which constitutes payment in respect of the provision of unused services (no work completed) will be refunded.

Warranties Liabilities

Regcor Enterprises strives to provide the highest quality editing services (please refer to the definition of services) to its client, and we can ensure such quality with our years of experience in the field. However, we do not warrant that the end document will be accurate or error-free. Our editors provide advice on changes that you may accept, reject, or further amend. The content of any finished work is, therefore, entirely the responsibility of the author. However, we work continuously to help the client achieve success in their writing for up to 30 calendar days after completion.

Regcor Enterprises are not liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or any other damages whatsoever as a result of our editing or proofreading services. In no event will the company’s liability extend beyond the purchase price of the service.

Regcor Enterprises is not liable for additions and grammatical changes to the document after the editor has completed and sent the document to the client.
